Foshay Tower

The Ryan Companies' renovation of the historic Foshay Tower into the "W" Minneapolis. Replicating the original steel windows required a new design with custom extrusions. The new windows incorporated an integral weep system to control water penetrating the limestone facade. Replacement of the original windows (versus refurbishing) saved the project $2 million dollars.
